What is the Heart on Fire school?
The Heart on Fire School is a 10-month adventure for young Christians aged 18 and older, who have completed their education and want more: more depth, more authenticity, more of Jesus.
We dream of a generation that is passionate for Jesus, for people, and for Switzerland. Young people who are boldly moving forward and passionately committed to making God’s Kingdom visible in this world.
The Heart on Fire School is a part-time program. This means that you can continue working in your profession while engaging with a variety of topics, allowing you to grow in your personal relationship with God.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum age: 18 years old

COSTS
Lecture phase: A deposit of CHF 1'180 is due before the start of the school year.
Afterwards, monthly installment payments of CHF 1'062 are to be paid.
(Included: meals from Thursday to Friday, rent from Monday to Sunday, teachers, etc.)
Outreach: CHF 2'000.00 - 3'000.00 (depending on the country of the outreach)
The payment of CHF 50.- is required for registration (non-refundable).
This amount will be deducted from your tuition fees once you are accepted.

Discipleship school
On Thursdays and Fridays, we take time for intensive teaching, worship, intercession, evangelism, and fellowship.
The curriculum covers a wide range of topics such as:
- Nature and character of God
- Holy Spirit
- Hearing God’s voice
- Inner healing
- Father heart of God
- Discipleship
- Bible studies
- Revival and reformation
- Apologetic
- Spheres of society
- Calling
- Mission
- Healthy lifestyle
- and much more
You will also have the opportunity to learn practically how to share the gospel in your environment.

Engagement in your local church
outreach
2-week outreach
A highlight of the school is an outreach, where you can apply what you’ve learned in a different cultural context. You will be involved in areas such as evangelism, church work, volunteering, and prayer, experiencing how God works through you.
As YWAM, we are passionate about taking the gospel to all nations, just as Jesus commands in the Great Commission. And you can be part of that!

LIFE IN COMMUNITY
We live in community
An important part of the Heart on Fire School is living in community. You will stay in accommodation in the region, which we from YWAM Zürich will arrange for you.
Together, you will not only attend the classes but also share life with one another, encourage each other, and discover what it means to be a follower of Jesus.
